Refund policy

If your shipment is damaged due to the handling during transit, please
contact us as soon as you receive the shipment so that we can contact UPS to

Ingeborg's Chocolate will package your order with attention to detail and
care, and make every attempt to prevent damage.

Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday, except legal holidays. Our carriers
do not deliver on weekend days.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving an order.
